Topic of Valid Email Address and Spam Filters when Ordering
Email address: ideally use a personal one as when we reply to a company email address this will often be blocked Spam filters on your computer: this may also be another reason why you do not receive email updates from us on the progress of your Order
Recently we have encountered a few instances where our regular email Order updates are not being received. This means that you will not be aware of the scheduled week of when to expect delivery. It also means that we have absolutely no way of replying to any email enquiry that you send us, as each attempt will be blocked again.
If you do not receive a scheduled delivery week from us within a couple of days of placing your Order please contact us using an alternative email address.
There is absolutely no purpose in getting angry with us as we really do offer exceptional Customer Service but if we cannot contact you through the email address that you provide how are we able to communicate?

The Jumbo Starter Selection we personally make for you will include 8 individually named types of Scented Leaf Pelargonium that will have different growing characteristics, leaf colours and shapes and, of course, a wide variety of scents. Be assured that we do select good sized plants and these are not tiny plugs; excellent value for money. Each named type comes with a laser printed, weather resistant, stick in label and you will be able to refer ongoing to the individual plant's detail page on our website for full characteristics, growing habit and flower colour.
We realise from our Customer Feedback that there are many people who do prefer to order larger plants for varying reasons. Perhaps you don't have a greenhouse to bring plants on, time is at a premium, maybe you are a gardening beginner or it's simply that you cannot wait to admire your little beauties in flower!!

Choice of the plants will be ours and will be what looks good on our Picking Day, sorry but it wouldn't be practical to offer this excellent price by doing it any other way.
There is no limit to the quantity that you can purchase.
If you buy more than 1 Jumbo Starter Selection we will do our best to supply you with different plants, although this cannot be categorically guaranteed.
Available to UK and Ireland only. We shall no longer be posting plants to other EU countries due to unreliable delivery times.

Annie & Guy's Comments: Early in 2010 it became apparent that some people do prefer a larger sized plant and we received quite a few requests for this. Due to this we introduced our JUMBO Starter early in 2011 and it quickly became extremely popular and the demand really took us by surprise.
This Special Offer was one of our TOP CUSTOMER FAVOURITES during 2011 and we anticipate that it will be again in 2012.
We recommend that you place your 2012 Order as early as possible from December onwards to ensure that you will be high up in our Order being Processed queue.
